The company working culture is good. There is less pressure in terms of work deliverance.

Dislikes

The boss is actually wierd. Salary is too less than market range, I will like to tell that salary is almost half to what we get in market. Salary increment is merely 5% a year. Only industry fabrication type project can rust your architecture knowledge. And less holidays also only one Saturday off. If you appreciate the boss in front of him then he gives you increment to 30% also.
