Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). The timings are perfect with no work pressure.

Dislikes

The company has no growth or future. The employees are not satisfied and are talented ones have left the company. HR is not at all professional. Remuneration paid is too less with no incentives.
