Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

I've been hired for the new project that was started in a new place and kkc realtors taken me as sales trainee but project is not started when I've reported over there and I've been a part of selection team when we've done choosing strategic location for project and USP of project and pricing of project in the 2mnths of work experience I've been included in many streams they also wanted me to procure labour and raw material for intial days and over all my experience over there is very challenging and got a clear cut idea in many other streams where I don't have an basic sense of knowledge

As a intern they gave me huge responsibility's and I think as a intern I feel it was not right choice to keep the all work pressure on starters
