Good work environment and culture, Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are fine, appraisal are good, but didn't give any bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I like the health check process of KD hospital and i also like the training and learning process and how they are providing food services to the new employees .

I appreciate that you are providing food services to the new joiners but please provide self food serving process because it prevents the food from wastage.

Dhiraj Advani is a bad leader with no people skills and he is HR hea. Unempathetic, rude arrogant loud and abusive person, no good organization should have such a toxic person as HOD of Mktg & HR. This reflects on the upper mgmt and their bad decision of choosing a sullied person like Dhiraj V Advani

13/06/ 2024 my joining day or my First day at kd hospital .I came late due to some bus issue. I reached around 1 pm they talk to me nicely and offered me free lunch before joining process. They understand my situation and help me in further process for joining. I like their behaviour, the way they talk , good communication, cooperative. Excellent work from HR and nursing Department.

Work culture is amazing, we all are work as a team, that’s our strength. Work life balance, timings, perks and benefits are good ! I feel fortunate to work with KD Hospitals.
