Not Compensation growth is Slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes, i have to work hours straight in a day as i have to attend other works in the whole day late into the night manager do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. also there is no-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by step which is a pain sometimes

staff are supportive, overall culture is ok, no ERP system, no software for student and staff, so staff is always busy in doing Rework

Dislikes

1. Pressure of working even on national holidays, 2. u can be busy in documentation for whole day, rather than doing teaching learning activities. 3. no planned work culture, u can be allotted to any work at any time

Likes

As a soft skills trainer, HR Faculty and MMS Coordinator, I have the freedom to be flexible with my pedagogy because of the support of the Principal and management. The students have benefited from this movement as they now have a more adaptable, learner-friendly, and interesting environment.

Dislikes

There's nothing to dislike in the institute. The outcome being the students progress, the institute does all that it can to improve the progress and performance of the students.
