Politics, professional opinions rarely considered, will make you doubt your potential if you accidentally end up with bad managers.

Principles set by an inspiration known as Shri Jyoti Sagar, which is now unfortunately diminishing after every passing year. He must come back as Managing partner.

Dislikes

Partners lack education, knowledge and only focused towards holding grudges against associates. Partners of this firm may be equated to mohalla level politicians - No knowledge, no experience. They simply loitered in the firm for decades coz they were incapable of getting selected in any other firm. And, while getting old they have developed arrogance and they feel entitled.

Best work culture, learning opportunities. The company has a vision and is driven by highly professional people.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike, the company is still growing and learning with an open mind..............they are right on track.
