It have average work culture and have good management. Here,my career growth is good.

Dislikes

The company give less compensation and benefits. Company have no job security. Company give late salary and some time they hold salary one to two month.

Likes

Company is good for freshers who want to remove their freshers tag and don't have any other opportunities. But not good for future growth. Really bad management team is sitting on the top with nepotism more than bollywood.

Dislikes

Salary is credited after 25-30 days of completion of month. Their salary cycle is delayed by a month and they'll always answer you the same that client haven't passed the bills yet so we cant pay you now. HR and Managers are just for names they will never fail to ignore your voices. Never thought about salary increments its not possible here unless you have a godfather sitting up there. No encashment of leaves, bad management team, rezvi is a bsdka.

Company HR Told at joining time after completion this project i wil get relocate to new project & Salary increment Unfortunately after completion of project Hr persons told join in lower salary at Pandemic Time (Coivd-19) My CTC 48600 CTC but Hr Told Join 32000 CTC this is not a Correct procedure i am shocked now this time in home at Pandemic time company hr told very low salary no further opportunities

Company Salary very Delay & Also After Joining Company Hr didn't lift our call at emergency time...

I appoint as a Technical Supervisor but work is totally non technical which I think non useful experience for career growth . And , the the office head is totally useless person but, directing body is not ready to leason our complaint .

1. No advance salary for diwali which leads to salaryless diwali 2. Directing body is not ready to leason complaints of employee 3.Company don't think mental harassment of employee

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts lates technology. I love the fact that I am a part of Team that markets reliable, and has global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. I have to work 14-15 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
