Nothing to like here.... Horrible experience, no one knows how to work?

Dislikes

Salary is delayed, no other benefits of employees, late sitting, poor management, no job security, lack of coordination between owners and employees... Owner doesn't have knowledge of work, vendor payments late, unnecessary mental pressure... There is too much to dislike...

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
