Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

That place sucks. I was appointed as a Jr. Quality Engg there. Within 10days my senior left the company and all the remaining projects were slammed on me. I got very less help from the company because I was alone in Quality Department and I regularly asked HR to appoint someone with experience but he kept on declining. And I somehow managed to complete 3 projects but got no appreciation.

Dislikes

The salary they say was never given. If you are late just for 2min you have your salary deducted. There was no overtime for salary but we were asked to complete the job even if it took 13-15 hrs. Work environment sucks because if you are an engineer people below should atleast respect that but no one ever give you that request you are treated as a helper even if you are an engineer.
