...no work-life balance to speak of. The HR management is outdated and inefficient. Salary payments are frequently delayed, and there is a lack of proper communication and support from the HR department. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a stable and supportive workplace.

Nothing good for say it is totally worst.

...ailable diesel not available because vendor payment is pending from 3 months. 3. Salary late above of two months and in future can there month also after that company can bankrupt also according to past. 4. If you resign then company don't not pay your pending salary. 5. Salary slips also not provided. 6. Company don't have availablity own T & P. 7. Very poor work culture, Cook, Cleaner not provided by company. 8. No any duty time means morning to night. 9. Management behaviour is very poor. 10. Pls don't join anybody else if you have any job, if you join the you are going to suicide your carrier.

Company management having many good policies but lack of implementation. During past period even employees did not get wages, bonus in time. Higher management want only increases profit %, so they don't look after factories and operations.. Finally company goes to NCLT due to bankruptcy of 8,200 crores.

It was a quite good experience. But now the company has gone in gross so I am searching for a new job.

Nothing was so bad but from the time the company has gone into gross, the salary pending from a long time.
