...r. The bosses value talent and give promotions promptly to deserving candidates. Salary payments and appraisals are prompt and timely. Infact, one of my team mates who was in need of financial help due to his family conditions was provided with enormous help financially and personally by the owners. Ambitious, sincere and hard working people are valued and welcome here.

Dislikes

No dislikes as such. People who like too many holidays, may find holidays are a little less. But, in case of genuine need, leaves are given easily.

There was nothing to like in the company.

Doesn't pay their employees on time and will pay 50% salary only saying that we haven't worked. And it's the same for every employee even it is their first month in the company. No training is given and if training is given then salary will be deducted from trainer and trainee both.
