This company has a very bad rule that when an employee leaves the job, the company does not pay 1 month's salary or does not give an expression letter to the employee and every employee of the company is given 3 paid holidays in 1 month. But if an employee takes 4 holidays in 1 month, then his 4 days salary is deducted whereas this rule of the company is very wrong, it should not happen. If an employee works continuously for 6 months, then he should get 18 paid leaves from the company, but he also gets only 3-4 paid leaves, if he takes more than 3-4 leaves, then the money is also deducted for that leave. . (We have no complaint with the main owner of the company, but the project manager of Saraigarh Supaul Bihar site was not able to get any work done on that site through the system, he had made a rule that the employee who will end the company Don't send 1 month's attdance record to company's head office, because of that mostly employee doesn't get paid for 1 to 2 months.Called Manager- Sanjeev Singh ji for more than 100 days, after that on 13 December I got my payment on 2022. But till now I have not received the experance letter from the company.For this also I have called many times to send my work experance letter.

They should have to hire their Project Manager according to rules or other criteria not as per their relatives because they think they are the head of the company , and you are the PM not the father of any employee that you can hit him it's too bad.

There is no person to listen your problem and no over time payment,no safety provided, no duty period its upto 12 to 20 hrs

This company is real tanasah, they thinks like employees are there gulam. Any time they were call you to come on site and there in no time to off your duty period.
