Dislikes

Provides almost zero facility to employees. No family accomodation. No vehicle provision. Zero Extra curricular activities and no role of Admin department.

JWIL top management dont know what kind of facilities provide junior site staff, last 5 year no recognition for me, total politics, some facilities only for senior & selected staff not for junior staff.

Dislikes

Not like JWIL because my life has come to stand still due to lack of money and no pramotion

Brand of Jindal which it carries to fool the public. The company is actually run by the xenophobic Sethi family who once were the owner's of Subhas Projects Limited but was closed due to huge malfunctioning and corruption. Most corrupt and non reliable family.

Dislikes

The working culture is horrible. The bosses are cheats. The CEO promises a lot but does not pay of fullfill any of its promise. The CEO is busy syphoning of money by making Joint Ventures with its own other company which was once owned by his family. Most corrupt management, where Supply Chain and the Operation person is the biggest conduit for generating black money, which they use to buy projects from government people. Unable to understand how the Jindal group who claims to be very honest can tolerate such corrupt and unethical people.

Company is overall good and treats his employees as a family. Company always support his employees in worst condition.

Dislikes

Process of approvals and persuals are very slow and that keep company at backfoot other wise JWIL is a organisation that can compete any competitors in the market

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive & the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics & the management doesn't address our issues.
