I really dont like their workplace environment very toxic not within the lower level but with the upper level. The main management people are playing dirty games including the unit head.Its my view for my unit the other people might have different perspective

...orst, offering no growth opportunities and failing to support female candidates. For a married woman, salary negotiations are even worse. Despite having three years of experience as an executive, they offer only ₹20,000 per month.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies aregood, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management dosen't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 6months before which you connot resign on the job trainingis not hiven to new joiness

There is nothing to like by working for this company they just suck your blood and not credited salary if you're on notice period for 3 months
