No growth. If you join here there ends you cannot grow in your career. It's because work here will be simply lagging throughout the years not even single project will be completed and by the end of the year you will get nothing.

A small firm, just want to hold a small section in market. Management not supportive in covid situation. No WFH facilities.

Dislikes

No support in covid situation, No transportation, No facilities for WFH, No extra curricular activities, No infrastructure, No cafeteria, No approach towards retaining experience talent, poor top management decisions, poor yearly salary benefits.

Likes

Learning, Job responsibilities, interesting work, good interaction with management and seniors, few helpful colleagues. In all together, it’s good for learning and explore. I feel lucky to start my career from M/S JVS Electronics.

The learning is very good, especially for freshers. This is a place where you can put your learning to practice. The learning cannot be compared to MNC where core R&D happens not in india office. One has the opportunity to groom themselves technically strong. I mean very strong. The people you see here are very simple, easy to communicate and are by themselves part of high performance quality. A company that works like a startup even after 30 years.
