.... Company policies were tough but everyone can easily handle all the situations. All sorts of facilities were given to the employees such as PF, ESI, Bonus, Increment etc.

Long work hours and high expectations from the management always creates situations where one has to give extra effort to succeed in his assigned tasks.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

The work pleasure is very high. Some times, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Company runs SAP and train you for the particular role. Trying to inculcate new things but with a slow pace.

Dislikes

Senior managers are inefficient and frequently use foul language. They manipulate the MIS to skip Director's wrath. Employees reporting to Directors have to stay in late hours.

The company is with broad mindset but people surrounding senior management are with narrow ideologies. The work trying get hamper your social life while on leave and ideologies over ruled.

Appraisal, Work Environment, Politics. Job Security
