The workload is decent. Not too low, not extremely heavy. Of course, that will vary. 5. Normally you have to juggle 3/4 ongoing projects. This makes you adept at multitasking. Note: They expect you to edit around 10,000 words per day, which is industry standard.

..., ngl. No wonder so many good people leave the organization within 6 months. 2. They will ask you to install a PionHR app to manage your payroll and attendence. The app is as bad as its name sounds. Poor UX, frequent bugs. In case you forget registering your attendence within 9.30/10 am, you will be marked absent. 3. You will have to handle a Google Sheet and put down exactly how many words you have edited for the day. Yes, this is a way to gauge productivity (you can downright lie in that sheet, they will have no idea lol) 4. The overall atmosphere is a bit like college canteen, except you dont have your lunch served yet and your friends are absent. No fellow feeling, no bonding, absolutely 0 note of appreciation and on top, Mrs Sneha's shouting sessions. 5. They allocate work via email. If you ask for more work to complete the 10k word threshold, you may not always get it. But the blame would be on you, that you did not ask for work. 6. They call you every now and then, and fix meetings when its time to log out. 7. The pay is decent, 30-35k for an editorial role. But the unncecessary bureaucracy, a few high and mighty employees with 0 empathy and absolute lack of oversight and work allocation is what holding Justwords back. PS. The days you do not have much to edit, they will ask you to write stuff. So, you are joining as a editor and a writer, despite being an editor of your own right.

The targets are unreasonable and the compensation is not adequate for the kind of work they load on you. The administration doesn't really care about your efforts and your sacrifices for the job and can ask you to leave whenever they please.
