Teammates in Justice and care were very professional, supportive. Training on the job was great but training specific for new learning were being organised. Organisation takes care of its staffs very well. Salary appraisals were very transparent. Politics has no place in this organisation. Organisation has a great space for learning. Travel was extensive.

Dislikes

The organisation was in need of developing reporting and programme progress monitoring mechanism.

This job was the best in all manners beyond whatever you have mentioned above.Work environment was completely family atmosphere and caring towards us was in the same way. I travelled a lot to different states as part of m job which made me to know many cultures, we all used to work happily in co-ordination.

HR process and salary decision was way of Cheating , Performance appraisal was biased , non-disclosure signature was taken through false promises, too much politics and lie by leaders, leaders were biased by caste, religion and region in decision making , financial management was poor, Bihar team consist of majority from General castes and caste-ist while working with victims of human trafficked children. They do not have commitment for marginalized community. they have given false commitment to NGOs and GOB in partnership in implementation of Cluster project in Nawada,Nalanda and Gaya. Leader in all disciplines were cheater, arrogant and so called diplomatic while dealing with stakeholders. they think that they smarter than any one in the world. lack of practical and professional leadership for non profit making .

Dislikes

I dislike everything accept an opportunity was given. organizational management was poor, HR process, system and policy was non-sense and waste of financial resources of investors.

Hi first of all I thank CEO for giving this oppurtunity to work in justice and care,the trust is worth what I feel from my heart , Never ever give up a word was used by my CEO which i still follow in my life its boost me a lot.

The last appraisal i was unsatisfied,even though I have completed my target (Mahesh and Prabhu senior manager and manager behind the reason for this)
