...nce working here has been disappointing due to several unprofessional practices. Manager and HR and VP always Salary deductions and hold are made without prior communication or explanation, which is both unfair and demotivating. There is a lack of transparency, and excuses are often given instead of solutions when concerns are raised. The workplace culture is heavily dominated by politics, and employees are treated poorly, almost like laborers, instead of valued professionals. Higher management always blame backend team and deduct salary.At notice period and after they harass.and Manager created negative work environment and created conflict with employees.

No Ethics Towords Employees Very Bad Working Culture Salary Not Credited In Right time everytime late And one of bad thing is veriable If the give you apprisal then that perticular amount is veriable And every month they deduct somthing amount from veriable without giving any reason

...e is no life balance as you have to be on floor or office for 10 hours a day. 2. Worst management as they hired all freshers in every department by paying very less salary. These people don't know how to run organisation. 3. No hierarchy,they have just created positions without assigning KRA's. You will find 3-4 ASM in a single store 😂😂. There is no importance of position, if you are thinking they are giving you a position then be careful it's a trap because you will learn nothing and you will be frustrated with the system within a week. 4. Worst inventory management i have ever seen in any organisation yet. 5. There is so much to tell but I would just say don't join this organisation if you don't want to spoil your career because there is no job security.

...No strict policies except for clean shave for men which is fine for hospitality. You get weekly offs, PL, CL and medical insurance and you get double salary for working on vacations. It is a good company for quick growth if you spend some time learning and investing on yourself.

They should have a Head Office in Bengaluru.

This is an appreciation post to the company. I have been working here since almost 4 years now and what I have learned is that it is most important to keep FOCUS. There will be people who would like to dissuade you and talk negatively about coworkers and company but you need to focus. I have seen people writing fake reviews that there is No Hierarchy or Flat Hierarchy, but I would like to mention if your seniors are not solving your problem what's the harm in reaching the Founders directly. In short if you want personal and professional growth this is the company to join.

There should be more Conferences for all Store Managers and Training Sessions.
