Duty hours are not fix, everday you will have to spend extra hour without extra pay. And even you have work or you completed work. Work never ends they don't know but everybody have their patience level.

The owner is absolutely right in his place, but the rest, because of him, the livelihood of thousands of people like me is going on, the families of thousands of people like me are being fed, that is why hearty thanks to the owner from all of us.

...e promotion is impossible. No staff member has a good opinion about the workers. Bonus also cut of 60% to 30% in last diwali

Nothing is good, a small group of worker. Disturb all policy of company, working environment, product quality. ..... .... They belongs one place, one state of India.
