it's a start up, MD not allowing employees to take leave even on Sunday, all he thinks about only his business growth,even employees required some personal leave to taken care, he talking like blah blah continuously to cancel the leave. Employees also care about business growth but week off is mandatory. Additionally he always talks like if you guys not ready to continue doesn't matter I can hire anyone, he don't know how to manage team,don't know to create team work.. All he thinks is money can make employees to everything whatever he order.

Work environment is very positive. My reporting incharge is very cooperative & helpful person. This office is located within 12 km from my residence. Communication is very well & cheap.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Several time, I have to stay extra one to two hours. Managers do not have any value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation email from branches & others departments, but they mostly go unnoticed during the time of appraisal. Also there is no on-job training for freshens, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

The company is open to innovation and ready adopts latest technology. I love the fact I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and global client base. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. sometimes, I have to work 12,18 hours straight in a day.Also, there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

Team leader, the HR and the management are very poor in giving increments and ur desired position and they will not help u in anything like problem regarding ur project etc.
