What good can you expect from the peoples who don't have ethics.

Very poor salary though salaries are not much higher here it's similar working in the garments. Your EPF amount is deducted from your salary but it is not paid to EPF office in your account and once you leave your job you won't get any of it. Employees is been lied for appraisals. Forget about salary and EPF, they don't give back your original certificates, experience certificates too they will torture employees if they ask original certificates. Very bad behaviour of management during working here. All higher authorities come from their own family here so they misuse with employees and cannot question them. Better don't join this company there are many good companies to start your career but not this. Especially people's coming from outer state.
