Even before getting placed to client they provide good salary.

Dislikes

Treating like schools students for freshers. Less Salary than competitors. Far to travel to office . After getting placed to client they are providing same salary to everyone ,like say even if u get placed to Qualcomm also same salary and if u got placed to any another larger service based then also same salary.

There is nothing to like in this company.

Dislikes

There is No structured management. Poor or lack of Management decisions. No proper real time Projects. Management false promises. Differences in Actual benifits in call letter and what you get. Last but not least point is that total environment feels like a school but not like a organised company.

From starting onwards there is no proper training. In some things they treat as school children and saying silly things do this and not do those like that. They didn't focused on training how is it ongoing or not. For a month that trainer will took only one session to explain the concept but the real thing is he will complete whole concept in 1 to 1 and half hour only. Here is no real time projects also to get knowledge.
