The company's culture is terrible. You would be working on some of the best tech but there is no work life balance. There will be more than 3 daily stand ups which will block you entire evening if you are working from India. Also, Indians are considered as a 2nd class citizen in this company even though the founder himself is an Indian. Most of the important decisions are made during US hours. It does not matter which position you have in the company you will never be included in the social events outside India region. The HR team is dull they have no idea what best practices mean. The IT team only has 1 person even though it is an IT security company. The security team is small and filled with only GRC folks. The product owners have blockers around security team so now if you build a complete project and has all security standards the project will not go through because of arrogant CISO Mr. Bon phan. I say arrogant because he is a nerd with lots of power and you know what happens when you have a person like that. Overall, the process is very immature and honestly speaking after working for some of the best cultural companies in the world why would anyone work there right? So, the culture itself is like that. They all say years at Jumpcloud are like dog years. This is what the senior management say so you can understand what mentality they have. Every day I feel insecure here for my race, my time, my job security, everything. This org will make you anxious and give you mental health issues. If you are planning to come here then don't trust me, I am regretting every day.
