The initial compensation is good.

Dislikes

The company lags leadership. The problem is that senior management and heads don't work and blame their managers for everything. Due to man power constraint, all the workers are in pressure. Factory people are rude and don't take accountability. More than that, the market image of the company is very bad. The speciality chemical business is very small. The hike per year is 8-12% Max, which is far lower that industrial standard.

There is very bed working culture. Senior always play politics with junior. And also blackmail me by termination letter. HR of jubilant ingrevia involves in this type of politics.
