Other things are very big amount sales target that only one point customer unhappy and store not handle clearly gdm Because sale pressure😖... Ground level big problem that are team member hiring, salling, oddities fase for cleaning.... Dhat are big chhalanging... 1 needs to work on attrition on every level . 2 dissatisfied staff due to training not happening due staff not able to understand operation due attrition high. 3 no one run operation on excel . 4 jw marriot said good line still pasted on every hotel of jw marriott on staff entry while punch in on security gate ( IF YOU WILL TAKE CARE OF YIUR INTERNAL PEOPLE THEN ENTERNAL PEOPLE WILL TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS)

Company doesn't give any value to the high potential employees. Only you will find Micro management and maximum benefits given to Corporate employees. 6.
