JFL is one of the Fortune 500 companies in India right now, and if you are able to fit in with the company, you might have a great career. I worked with the Analytics, Insights & Innovation team and liked the following while I worked there - 1. Lots of data to work with / opportunities - With its aim to develop into a food tech organization, the team gets access to lots of data to experiment and model with across multiple functions such as Operations, Customer Services, etc. If you are passionate about Machine Learning, you have a 'playground' at your disposal here. 2. Decent benefits - The HR team did bring out policies to ease employees' troubles. For example - monthly payout of bonus instead of annual, free pizza coupon every month, etc. 3. High Visibility - Needless to say, everyone is looking at the team. If you perform well, and become irreplaceable here, you might not have a lot to worry about.

... (8:30 - 9:30) although I did not stay late because of lack of transportation 3. Exit experience - When I put in my resignation, I was informed that I would receive my FnF, relieving letter & salary within 15-30 days. It's been 2.5 months since my last working day, and I am yet to receive either of those. I have raised this to the company HR numerous times but there seems to be major gaps in the process - it's been a pathetic experience for me.

1 needs to work on attrition on every level . 2 dissatisfied staff due to training not happening due staff not able to understand operation due attrition high. 3 no one run operation on excel . 4 jw marriot said good line still pasted on every hotel of jw marriott on staff entry while punch in on security gate ( IF YOU WILL TAKE CARE OF YIUR INTERNAL PEOPLE THEN ENTERNAL PEOPLE WILL TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS)

Work pressure Manager pressure to ba to stay longer hours We should think that's only work and low pay don't care how ever delivery boys are they should get work done

...different. Ekk din joh parr he nahe auga bina btaye resign accept ho yaa nahe...there are soo many other companies who give better environment nd good salary nd lots of staff..... Domino's mei staff kamm hai nd safai wale bhe nahe hai. I can't work anymore 😭😔😭😔

Only the good thing in JFL is employee gets on time salary every month.

1. Poor Management 2. Bad working culture and infrastructure 3. Corporate people are not cooperative & supportive 4. Company never thinks about the well-being of the employee 5. Company doesn't give any value to the high potential employees. Only you will find Micro management and maximum benefits given to Corporate employees. 6. Every job responsibility will be assigned to you with out any support and Managers expect to complete the activity Same day.
