Ground level big problem that are team member hiring, salling, oddities fase for cleaning.... Dhat are big chhalanging... 1 needs to work on attrition on every level . 2 dissatisfied staff due to training not happening due staff not able to understand operation due attrition high. 3 no one run operation on excel . 4 jw marriot said good line still pasted on every hotel of jw marriott on staff entry while punch in on security gate ( IF YOU WILL TAKE CARE OF YIUR INTERNAL PEOPLE THEN ENTERNAL PEOPLE WILL TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS)
