Customer relationship best but not work life balance and not suitable work Many work, multiple work all over station balance for customer satisfaction.... That's very bad... Other things are very big amount sales target that only one point customer unhappy and store not handle clearly gdm Because sale pressure😖... Ground level big problem that are team member hiring, salling, oddities fase for cleaning.... Dhat are big chhalanging... Few people there who is taking lot of disadvantage of internal customers. Have there own mindset and perception for internal customers even after improvment from past they consider always past for example not current financial performance back log. Not all rest awesome people there who always there for support you just need to raise your hand
