Customer relationship best but not work life balance and not suitable work Many work, multiple work all over station balance for customer satisfaction.... That's very bad... Other things are very big amount sales target that only one point customer unhappy and store not handle clearly gdm Because sale pressure😖... Ground level big problem that are team member hiring, salling, oddities fase for cleaning.... Dhat are big chhalanging... Than last little bit request all ground level employees for room and one time working day tifine so all are very happy😊😊😊😊😊 please🙏 Iam ex employees at domino's pizza store I'd:dp66646 , berhampur employees I'd:990604 flexA3 so that regarding those are consorn.... No Support at ground level. Never ending staffing issue. No respect. Delivery boy absent no company control on them. Only they make finger on you as cluster manager what you did for any issues which they also know that it's not in your hand. Your Kra Depends on irresponsible delivery boys who bunk without any information. You have to work more than 11 hrs and even after going home or on weekly off they ask you join meet. They use you till your numbers are good . This company is not for experience and good educated people.

1 needs to work on attrition on every level . 2 dissatisfied staff due to training not happening due staff not able to understand operation due attrition high. 3 no one run operation on excel . 4 jw marriot said good line still pasted on every hotel of jw marriott on staff entry while punch in on security gate ( IF YOU WILL TAKE CARE OF YIUR INTERNAL PEOPLE THEN ENTERNAL PEOPLE WILL TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS)
