Customer relationship best but not work life balance and not suitable work Many work, multiple work all over station balance for customer satisfaction.... That's very bad... Other things are very big amount sales target that only one point customer unhappy and store not handle clearly gdm Because sale pressure😖... Ground level big problem that are team member hiring, salling, oddities fase for cleaning.... Dhat are big chhalanging... Company doesn't give any value to the high potential employees. Only you will find Micro management and maximum benefits given to Corporate employees. 6. Every job responsibility will be assigned to you with out any support and Managers expect to complete the activity Same day.
