Almost everything except salary. No Work life balances. You need to work 24*7 without productivity like a labour. Managers use abusive language and often shout on you. Managers with force you to stay in office for 15-18 hours each day and no payback for extra works. Life is hell here and no career growth.

Company is good, salary and perks are very good and never be any kind of deduction happened ever, HR policy regarding employees is great.

Dislikes

Wood working Division is very bad and upper management has no clue how to make presence in market regarding product placement for new products in every 6 months new product launch and flops in a year, company has only 2/3 products with they don’t want to sell more then that and keep pressuring frontliner for that.

Management, reporting manager dont know anything,not done anything just forward the email and don't have knowledge about market

No job timming, work culture is not professional. Policies are good but not implemented, job security is good.

Working hours not defined, growth salary wise also career wise very poor, learning zero, no skills development program. No technical training.
