...ade it very uncomfortable with wrong communication and unnecessary deductions. With Covid wave they also deducted salaries and showcased those as revised CTC affecting the further salary growth as a employee. The line managers also were helpless in working things around for their team.

Likes

The Salary they pay is one of the highest in the industry, however the flip side is that people willing to join the organisation are limited. Hence higher salary is paid to whoever joins.

Dislikes

There is no work culture/ethics in the organisation. The rules and regulations are made to suit a few individuals who are Non performers. However great at showing rosy picture to Head office. The company has lost number of high performance individuals in the past. Someone interested in politics and gossips only should look to join.

Company is very good, Always think about employees, But Other Seniors and Indian Higher Management is not familiar with their down lines

Dislikes

Not a good work life balance. So much partialities, Top management is good spacially Director of JTB India is good with all employees but Indian Upline manager are not good for downline.

There are so many things are negative like you can not talk to your colleagues belongs to other departments, u can't laugh or enjoy your work, very weak leader who doesn't know how to work n how to deal a team..
