There is no personal life.they pay for 8hrs but 24hrs have to work .. come home at 8 sometimes 9 after that also have to work on phone there is no time for family life 24hrs calls hetrick job no proper promotion or increments ..no additional benefits from company they wnt give anything for employees .no extra benefit.. have pay for everything there for stay ,current bill, water bill,gym whatever is there in campus we have to pay for no proper medical insurance also n for there new company iis started for that also they debit amount as a donation from us , no proper hospital nothing is free for jsw employees ,they wnt provide anything for employees as Tata steel care for there employees... comparing Tata steel they have so much of benefit to there employees in jsw they wnt care for employees

...oyees, but quick to punish at any opportunity, even if its not due to employees. During covid, many employees got the pink-slip overnight, others faced a salary cut. But when Company made record profits no incentives/bonus was given to compensate. None of the below mentioned benefits/facilities are available. Team outings are an unheard of concept. No free transport/gym/ food/training. Even company Shirts are charged to employees

Dislikes

They don't reveal the original salary structure during the joining period. Once you joined u will be get to know that the take home salary is much lesser than what is told you during joining time. The factor is PI, they will told you u will get your PI monthly but actually it's not paid here. So who will be want to join JSW please ensure the PI factor during salary negotiation.

Promotion based on reporting manager or hod favorites, hike is very less and for others fault in case of any death happens then production incentive for all other employees is deducted for that month and if more than three such incidents occurs then for the whole year they will not give incentive amount.
