On time salary, Township Accomodation with 24hrs electricity and water,

Poor Promotion Policy, at least we have to wait 8yrs to get promoted. Lot salary deviation from person to person in the same grade. There is production incentive policy that is completely a bogus scheme while other companies give incentive as a bonus apart from the ctc this company includes that in ctc and never fully give it to employees, they deduct the incentive as and wen they wish quoting that they have deducted it as a disincentive for safety related issues.

Compensation is very poor, Growth is not consistent and performance based, company is not concerned about its employees health and growth. without any reason they will ask you to work on 12 hours shift without any compensation, No public holidays

Big ocean to learn and develop. Job is secure.

No recognition of talent. Minimum gap for promotion is disappointing. Salaries are on lower side. Worst leave policies . Any of the policy releases over the night and without any survey from the employees.

They don't reveal the original salary structure during the joining period. Once you joined u will be get to know that the take home salary is much lesser than what is told you during joining time. The factor is PI, they will told you u will get your PI monthly but actually it's not paid here. So who will be want to join JSW please ensure the PI factor during salary negotiation.
