Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent,they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is alot of politics and management doesn't address our issue.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees.

-Work pressure is high. -Very high Salary and compensation difference on basis of Colleges. - Work pressure is high, for juniors, and seniors not giving proper Appraisals to the deserved. -Office politics is very high.

There are so many benefits like salary came on time good working culture and exposure for knowledge in your field

There are so many salary slab gaps increment and appraisal are not good if your are in jsw then there are partiality for other company employees who has been now became a jsw employee but salary difference is very much between them.

One of the worst company...they buy great place to work certificate...only local persons are happy because of union otherwise no one is happy
