1. What ever the plant condition is we will get salary on time.i.e month last day or 1st date. 2. Leave policies are good. 3. Insurance

1. transportation - one of the worst department. You have to wait 1 or 2 hrs sometimes to get bus after your duty. Always late and reckless drivers. Drivers never care employee concern. 2. Rating - is any body got outstanding rating since last 4years rating? May be that is not possible too for genuine people. But here all possible. Rating manager can upgrade their loved ones, for that they can even risks somebody job too. It's happened not only in this place most of the companies having this issue. For ratings don't need skill and efforts, only need is oil massage i know all of you got it what am trying to say. 3. Job security - with this type of rating system anybody can get low grades that may lead your job get in to risk. 4. Jsw group policy of perks are not good, incentive also included in CTC , many of jsw employees suffer with this. Now this plant is not in running condition since 6 months which is not employees mistake but still they are not paying any incentive. Word incentive means if we reach target will get some money. If there is no target how they will cut incentive. 5. Canteen - food has no subsidy and no quality also.

They don't reveal the original salary structure during the joining period. Once you joined u will be get to know that the take home salary is much lesser than what is told you during joining time. The factor is PI, they will told you u will get your PI monthly but actually it's not paid here. So who will be want to join JSW please ensure the PI factor during salary negotiation.

Promotion based on reporting manager or hod favorites, hike is very less and for others fault in case of any death happens then production incentive for all other employees is deducted for that month and if more than three such incidents occurs then for the whole year they will not give incentive amount.

One of the worst company...they buy great place to work certificate...only local persons are happy because of union otherwise no one is happy

Job safety is good as long as you are good at your work and follow the values and ethics of company.

Salary is too low. Work life balance is very poor since few years and it's getting worse every coming year.
