The environment was good as I got to learn a lot of things .The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.the staff of civil department were too cooperative .

1. Theift in the name of PI (Production Incentives) 2. Higher management is outdated and believes in time spending in plant. 3. Efficient work has no space in plant. 4. L08 to L10 most exploited and unhappy group. 5. Arcelor & Tata people getting trapped by PI 6. Company shamelessly denies comitted CTC.

... steel industry. 2. Policies are good but actual implementation is very rare. 3. You will get salary on time except for incentives which sometime put into your account collectively or cancelled if production target not met. 4. Job security is good however can't predict your safety as you r working in the shop floor and there might have chances of accident. 5. Housing facility is good for family. 6. Bus canteen available on min.wages

1. Work life is very toxic as it is politically buried under ground. 2. Working hours are not fixed sometime you have to do overtime. 3. No appreciation at all instead they will find the chance to scold you. 4. Compensation is not standard, however it is good for new join 5. Manpower shortage is also an issue 6. You have to do all type of work right from cooli to manager. 7. Poor mentality of old aged people working here from decades never want to change themselves. 8. No special recognition or promotion on time.you have to be good enough in licking.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
