Dislikes

Salary structure including Incentive and extra benifits in DA and TA for balancing. HR response was very worse.. Not helping and careless HR staff. Need to hire more HRs.

For the perticular region for me it's the worst kind of culture mainly no proper training, managers are not supporting, management is not helpful. Work culture and long working hours , no night no day 24 hr need to be available, even when you took leave you need to keep your laptop with you, harassment environment
