Management not supportive at all. They always remain in their attitude of Hierarchy. Majorly ASM & RSM behaves like Typical Boss , They will not take care of any Ground Reality. They ask to do Continue Sale & Contractor Activation without Considering any Ground Scenario. Management has Unrealistic Working Approach. No Planning & No Projection.
