Here No place for the skilled person. they are choosing only reference and family and castei person and one more thing that HR is hiring only Brahaman purush. Becouse HR head is Brahaman, my organisation HR executive Braham, Finance head Brahman, sales head Brahaman, plant Head Braham, even operation executive is full of Brahman if you don't believe visit the Palwal Haryana location you will see everything. Job security is highly terrible.
