The salary comes on time, that's it.

Dislikes

The shift working hours has disrupted the work life balance of employees. Management only cares about productivity and no discussions are held with respect to work, better management ideas or basically simple team dicuusions. Most of the things are hidden from the employees,they get to hear about important matters when almost all has been decided by the top management.

There is no any advantages about working.. Only Salary credited on time.. i. e. 1st day of the month

No heirarchy followed on that place, worst working experience,old employee have less salary than new joining employee that is whole shift conversation just like "Vidhwa Vilaap" by them to new joining and collegues Down Politics to subordinate and nuclear depart monopoly Mediclaim and gratuity deducted from our CTC that is also a scam trapped by HR during negotiation. Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
