Terrible managers No growth in salary , minimum increment No worklife balance Continuous night shifts in a row All managers from villages , womanisers They prefer and give women good ratings , even if they are not worthy

Salary structure is good Otherwise everything is worse( giving review only for Nandyal plant)

Very hate politics done by local employees, local HRs are also involved. Plant HR department is worse. Very poor management in Nandyal plant, Andhra Pradesh. Company should re-think about Nandyal plant, otherwise no-one ( who is from other states) will stay there . You can get same review from everyone,who worked in Nandyal plant. Very much disappointed by Jsw management. If anyone want to join Jsw cement, avoid Nandyal unit, others plants are good and going well. ** Zero respect for every employees, who is outsider, This is true review of Nandyal unit
