Good team work but knowledge sharing not happening, regarding appraisal that is not fair totaly HOD based.

Jspl is good in its policy but not everyone get all,salary also not decent to all there is huge difference in same position.taining to be given to all but no body get trained from siniors.

Best company to learn each and every thing about technology and manufacturing of Steel technology.I like good working culture in JSPL. It gives me right shape to my learning ability and shape up my carrier.

Management and company policy is excellent but official culture is different and not good. Need to implement great place of work. Nee joined welcome is appreciable.

JSP is a very good company who stand with Atmanirbhat bharat mission .Here new comers will get a better opening of their carrier amd good environment and culture.I can say that i got great start of my carrier with some up and down.

There is a lot of politics here..Company policies are changing in between of session .No free transport no free electricity with in campus .
