...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

I am happy with working our senior management and work environment. Company proving salary timely and overall are good. Multiple segments and business scenario are available, so there very good opportunity for learning.

Dislikes

HR are not provide any reimbursement for educational certification and company growth are not good.

One company where everyone is involved in politics rather than work. No job security, CEO is kicked out every 2nd year. One cannot be creative as he/she will keep on thinking when his/her a$$ would be kicked outta system. High approach people can become CEO irrespective of knowledge and relevant experience. Then they start kicking out people to bring there own people in system. There is no vision of this company, many people have ruined there career when they joined. Complete SLT is busy making fool of promoters. You can survive with politics but if you want to work you will be kicked out. Cribbing, anxiety, Blood pressure and depression is something which becomes common after joining this company. Company is in complete loss because of all above factors. Every month company find integrity issue in employees. Almost every second person is running there own business. You can join this company if you don't wish to work again as you will never get job after working in this company. This is because they will kill your skill set by making you work something else then you are hired for.
