...nto new roles to explore your own potential. Jsimple can be really very helpful. No salary cuts during covid. WFH was provided to all employees. Monitoring of work was done as its a small company. But overall great learning experience.

Less training sessions and delay in salary by a day or two. Work pressure is there. Not an ordinary 9-5 job. People who think out of the box and really want to reach heights should join who have a willingness and urge to explore challenging roles.

Work environment is good, the best part of this company is every manager, staff are so supportive. They have flexible work policy. They also run different perks and breakfast policy for their employee like breakfast policy, lunch policy, evening snacks, dinner policy, snacks on tip and so many. Best organization to start your career.

I've had the pleasure of working at Jsimple for over a year now, and I must say that I'm quite happy with the work exposure, growth opportunities, company culture, and the highly-supportive team. I love how my work constantly keeps challenging me to grow both personally and professionally. Overall, I feel Jsimple is a great place to learn, excel, and grow.

Great work culture, very supportive leadership and always motivate their employees to do their best. Great opportunity to grow your carrier. If you are a hard worker then there is a lot to learn and to achieve. All team members are very friendly to each other. I really enjoyed working here for the past 2 years.
