Very good company for those having Zero skill and Zero will to work, All you need to survive there is to hail to MD and His wife and keep reminding them how beautiful and smart they are.

MD changes product and employee policies as per his mood At the time of First salary of any employee MD asks for a blank cheque from the employee "For sequrity purpose" HR is ordered to ask new employees about the sequrity cheque at the time of First salary only otherwise salary will not be released. After the employee leaves the organization they refuse to return the sequrity cheque.

There’s nothing to like about the company or the Promoter. Typical lala mentality and doesn’t want to spend money on welfare or promotion of organisation

I am fully satisfied with this company bcoz all Jshine team members are very cooperative, loving and caring. We all are living together like a family members. We all are doing hard work to grow up company on high level.

No I don't think is there is any this thing which is not proper. All rules and regulations are being properly follow.

Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from Management.Allows employees to work freely👍.

When the client asks to make change there is a lot of efforts which get wasted and sometimes we have to start from square one.

There is no proper training. You have to handle all the works by your own.

It is just so called company they aren't adhering any of the company's compliance. Company policy changes more frequently than season
