I like in JSG Innotech is maintenance team is very good and supporting. This team is my best team in whole career in industry. I really miss this team.

All HR policies are bad. No Salary provide during covid-19. From April to June. HR culture not good mainly Mr. Gyan in HR department. Gyan behavior not good with employees.

No PF contribution more than 15 thousand salary GPA policy up to 5 lakh only for staff 12 Thousand salary for 12 hour working to contractor employees Canteen is in open area, no roof and served food such as animals In staff if salary more than one lakh than period is only 6 month here and no value of ur work Last year on Diwali time three employees died in road accident during company gift distribution. Nothing given to their families. Single overtime paid if anyone work after 12 hour duty. MD say in meeting to senior employee ki tere peene ke paani m ek boond susu ki daal deta hoo p lega if any project small work pending. Politics of old employees working more than 10 years

There is no job security You need to quit the job with the internal reason of management, no salary benefits will be giving at the time of fnf Bad experience, I will never suggest someone to join jsg.

Only colleageous was good. And seniors was also good. Plant infrastructure is good. Plant location is on good place.

Every new employee was worker and every old was a MD. Salary is not too good. IT was very poor, every system was running on BHAGWAN BHAROSE. Complete HR policy is in Company favour nothing is in employees favour. PF policy is not available for on roll staff and festival bonos also not good
