Less salary Increment for lower level, politics, No safety, Upper level Increment is good nothing for Engineer, Technician, helper. No bus from Ahmedabad, Bus pick-up time not fixed from kalol. No transportation from Mahesana & Ahmedabad. Conflict between interdepartment working. No work coordination between inter department. Salary discussion before joining& offerd salary different when joined.

Work culture is very bad and toxic Accounts General Manager and HR manager’s back bitting, harassment, judgmental, unnecessary mental Pressure, always undermining executives and officers level staff. No straight policy. Accounts General Manager is such a humiliating and psychopath.
