Nothing to like only dislike terrible experience salary hike 3 to 5 percent salary not on time overdue salary 2nd half month no over time not any time for work 1 am to 12 midnight totally life imbalances.

If you want to be trained for molding machine than JRG is good maybe another I will not recommend this.

In JRG you get your 1 month salary after 2 months and there is no medicine available futheremore certain staff is so strict and they harassed you until you left the company.

...terrible.Not even a single rupee have been given apart from office working days.There were salary cuts,terminations.Everone working there suffered immensely.

Salary late payment after 30 days of closing month.U can be terminated at anytime without prior intimations.

Job security. They are unlikely to fire even the worst of employees. Although they will make your life hell to make you leave.

This place is best suited for uncivilised donkeys. Late salary (Paid around the 26th of the NEXT month) Expenses may not be paid for months on the end (mine was not paid for six months) Most likely They will hold 2 months' salary when you leave (they pay one month late so notice period + 1) They look for excuses to deduct salary and reject or delay expense claims. They expect you to work 24x7. People at least show off by sending emails late at night and on Sundays. Those working at the factory have to often come on Sundays. No extra pay for this. No benefits Ultra micro managing. MD is involved in everything.... EVERYTHING. If by any chance you are looking to work in a position where you will be handling vendors, remember, THEY DON'T PAY THE VENDORS unless they are forced to. Once they receive the material or the service they don't pay and start making all kinds of excuses to not pay. You will have to find new vendors every month (or after whenever the payment is due).

Shit company here owner don't pay money to vendors and staff is very disrespecting specially BKL Atul

Everything I dislike about this company as they hold one month of salary of employees ,shift is for 12 hours they deduct cost uniform from your salary.
